Blue Onyx

That's what these beads feel like. The blue onyx is cloudy and cool — silvery gray with threads of rust and brown moving through it like something that's been weathered by time and came out more interesting for it. THE STONE
Blue Onyx microcrystalline quartz / chalcedony family
Blue onyx is a variety of chalcedony — a microcrystalline form of quartz — that forms in the cavities of volcanic and sedimentary rock over long periods of time. Its coloring comes from trace mineral inclusions, which is why no two stones are identical. This particular variety carries a cool, muted blue-gray base with warm russet and brown banding — evidence of the different mineral-rich layers it passed through during formation. Onyx has been used across human history for thousands of years, prized in ancient Egypt, Rome, and Greece for both ornamental and protective purposes. It's long been associated with steadiness, endurance, and quiet inner strength — the kind that doesn't come from forcing things, but from simply holding on.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Blue onyx is a durable stone but should be kept away from prolonged water exposure — remove before swimming, showering, or soaking, as moisture can weaken the stretch cord over time. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Store flat or in a pouch between wears. This bracelet is built to last with basic care.
