Ordering & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 10-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, we always strive to ship sooner! Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Because each item is custom-made, changes cannot be guaranteed. If you need to request a modification, please contact us at natalie@hardestyridge.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer rush processing?

If you need an order by a specific date, please email us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request. Additional rush fees may apply.

Shipping & Local Pickup

What shipping carriers do you use?

Shipping carriers are available at checkout for you to choose based on your location and preferred shipping speed.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the pickup location details.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

My order is delayed—what can I do?

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we have no control over delays. Please check your tracking information for updates. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us at natalie@hardestyridge.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.

Do you offer refunds for shipping delays?

No, we do not offer refunds for shipping delays, as they are out of our control. If you need an order by a specific date, please email us before placing your order to confirm if we can accommodate your request.

Custom Orders & Personalization

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We love creating custom designs. If you have a specific request, please email us at natalie@hardestyridge.com, and we will discuss your ideas and provide a quote if applicable.

Can I provide my own design for engraving?

Yes! We accept PNG or SVG file formats for custom engraving. Please ensure your file is high quality and ready for engraving. If you need adjustments to your design, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Will I receive a proof before my order is made?

I am happy to provide a digital proof upon request. Otherwise, orders will be made exactly as submitted.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality materials, including:

Each order includes a care card with instructions on how to keep your item in great condition.
