Ordering & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Custom engraving orders (handwriting, fingerprint, birth flower) may take up to 10–12 business days. If you need something by a specific date, email me before ordering and I'll let you know if I can make it work.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
I start on orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible — but email me at natalie@hardestyridge.com within 24 hours and I'll do my best.
Do you offer rush processing?
Sometimes! Email me before you place your order and we'll figure it out. Rush fees may apply.
Shipping & Local Pickup
What shipping carriers do you use?
Carrier options are available at checkout based on your location and preferred speed.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — local pickup is available. Once your order is ready you'll get an email with details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
My order is delayed — what do I do?
Once a package is with the carrier, I can't control delays. Check your tracking first. If you think it's lost, email me at natalie@hardestyridge.com and I'll help you file a claim.
Returns & Order Issues
What is your return policy?
Because everything is handmade in small batches — and custom orders are made specifically for you — all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, email me within 7 days with photos and I'll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email natalie@hardestyridge.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I'll take care of it.
Custom Engraving
What custom engraving options do you offer?
Three options: custom handwriting engraving, fingerprint jewelry, and birth flower engraving. Each is a single listing in the shop — just add to cart and follow the instructions for submitting your file or information.
What file formats do you accept for custom orders?
PNG or SVG, high resolution. If you're not sure your file will work, send it to me before ordering and I'll take a look.
Will I get a proof before you make my order?
I'm happy to provide a digital proof on request. Otherwise orders are made as submitted, so double-check your details before checkout.
Product Care & Materials
What materials do you use?
Jewelry: Bodhi seeds, natural stone, gemstones, glass, and high-polish stainless steel for engraved pieces.
Everything ships with a care card so you know how to keep it looking good.
Are your materials hypoallergenic?
Stainless steel pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant. If you have specific sensitivities, email me before ordering and I'll tell you exactly what's in a piece.
