THE STONES
Hematite is dense, grounding, and unmistakable in the hand. Long associated with strength, focus, and stability, it anchors this collection — both in weight and in intention. Alongside obsidian's intensity, hematite is the steady force that keeps everything rooted.
Black obsidian is formed from rapidly cooling volcanic lava — which means it's not technically a mineral, it's glass. Ancient, sharp, and deeply protective, obsidian has long been used as a stone of truth and clarity. It's associated with cutting through illusion, shielding against negativity, and bringing hidden things to the surface. It doesn't comfort — it clarifies. Paired with hematite, it's one of the most grounding combinations in the stone world.
