Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are packed by hand and ship within 5–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. If you need your order by a certain date, email me before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it.

Where I ship

I currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. For smaller orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the speed you choose.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Delivery times after that depend on the carrier and the shipping option you chose.

Delays

Once a package is with the carrier, I can't control delays from weather, holidays, or carrier issues. Check your tracking first. If your order seems stuck or lost, email me and I'll help you sort it out.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I'm not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email me right away. I can update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email natalie@hardestyridge.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. See the Refund Policy for details.
